Hello @JenniferT07,   I apologize that I don't know what code you need to track in your URL's, but our system does track who clicks what link and that can be found in our "Reporting" section of Constant Contact. As far as creating and adding your own tracking codes other than Google Analytics, and Constant Contacts reporting, that is not a service we offer. I've reached out to members of our upper level support team to take a look at your inquiry, and they mentioned something that might suit your needs. Take a look at this article on how to add Google Analytics to your Custom Coded email if you are looking to track additional information. Be sure that your website is properly configured for Google Analytics for the tracking to work. Hello @SeanJ707,    Thank you for reaching out. I have moved your post to our feedback thread so that it will be seen by our developers, and other members of the community can vote on this request. As a workaround, I would recommend scheduling the email to yourself first so that it does into the "Sent" status. Once it is in "Sent" status, it then generates a link. Hello @OneLambda-Communications,   Thank you for reaching out to us on the Community. Unfortunately, the Update Profile Form can only be accessed in the footer of your outgoing emails. Take a look at this FAQ that explains the Update Profile Form a little more in depth. You could always create a generic email and whenever someone is interested in Updating their profile, you can do a Quicksend and they could access the link from the footer of the email.This way, they don't have to search their old emails in order to update their profiles. ... Thank you for reaching out to us about the troubles you are experiencing with searching for a specific agent. Are you referring to the "contacts" page and scrolling through all the contacts to find a specific agent? If so, try using the "search contacts" feature we have at the upper left of your "Contacts" page.
