Hello @StephanieC9515, Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I completely understand how important it is to clean up your list. You will want to select all the contacts in that dead list and select Actions and then Remove From List. From there, you can select all other lists for these contacts to be removed from. Hello @ChristopherS080, Thank you for reaching out to the Community! If your text is in one text block, you, unfortunately, can't insert an image block. You will want to separate text blocks for paragraphs so you can insert an image in between them. You will see a purple line that indicates where your image is going to drop. Thanks!

Hello @TheresaM980, Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I took a look at your account and It looks like the export is the total of email addresses you have. Each list has a certain number but they may have duplicates in each so it may look like you have more. When exporting it gives you the total of each list you have not including duplicates., Thanks!

If you have these contact in an Excel spreadsheet, you will want to upload them to a list in the account. Lastly, yes you will receive reporting on who did not receive the email and why.

Hello @DEALPOINTMERRILL, You will not be able to send it through Constant Contact. You will have to send the link to the Landing Page outside of Constant Contact in a personal email to this customer. You should also be able to add the customer back into the unsubscribed list, and then manually resubscribe.

Hello @jerryw, It sounds like all of your text may need to be separated by text blocks. Buttons can only go in between separate text blocks. If you have a large amount of text, you will want to drag and drop a separate text block for each paragraph so that you can place the button in between them.

Hello @jerryw, Thank you for reaching out to the Community! When dragging and dropping content over from the left-hand side, your mouse tells you where it is going to drop by turning into a purple line. If your mouse is a vertical purple line on the side, you know it's going to drop in its own column and drop on the side. You want your mouse to be horizontal on your email, and that means it will stay only one column and drop below or above everything else. See the picture below for more help!
