Good morning, CC Community !
My name is Norma and I am on the Board of Directors of McKeesport Sportsmen's Association, Chair of the organization's Program/Activities Committee and most of our members consider me their "Director of Communications" even though that is not an official position or title.
I am retired from the engineering industry and now spend my time as a pet portrait artist, part-time graphic designer, and as one of Directors of McKeesport Sportsmen's Association. I have been an admin of the organization's Facebook and Instagram accounts..but not all of our members are on social media. Therefore, we needed a better way to reach our members with news and announcements. That's when I discovered Constant Contact. After a Trial Membership during which I manually subscribed our other Directors and Officers, everyone agreed that Constant Contact was the solution. I received overwhelming approval to sign up for an annual subscription.
In addition to timely announcements and appeals for volunteers, I have distributed the first of our monthly e-newsletters to our members via Constant Contact. It was easy to set up a template and I quickly learned how to navigate its various elements and features. To facilitate member sign-ups we are including a QR Code with our 2025 membership renewal forms and posting that QR Code throughout our indoor and outdoor facilities.
I am excited to approach 2025 with a new way of reaching our members and engaging them in our events and activities.

My name is Treva lambert. I am the manager of the Custer, Mt. Rushmore, Black Hills KOA Holiday. Our business is, of course, a campground. I love this position because I enjoy meeting new people and sharing what the Black Hills in South Dakota have to offer people visiting for the first time. We are about 21 miles from Mt. Rushmore, 5 miles from Crazy Horse Memorial, Wind Cave National Park, Jewel Cave National Monument and a few miles from the Custer State Park where they hole an annual Buffalo Round Up each September. It is a beautiful area.
@WalterH443 Treva, welcome! Wow what a wonderful place you live in, and tons of fun and beauty intertwined in it. I can relate somewhat in that I left the rat race of DC to run for the hills of Asheville, North Carolina. I ended up about an hour away in a small town focused largely on tourism and outdoor recreation with Smoky Mountain National Park. I come across lots of KOA's in my seminars and webinars, and it's wonderful to have you with use here in the community. Looking forward to seeing and hearing how you use the great platform of Constant Contact in your KOA business!

I can imagine some pretty amazing photos and videos are at your fingertips with your business being centered around the prime skiing season in the Andes.
