I understand your ultimate goal appears to be getting more customers through the door, but there are many ways to potentially achieve that whether it be through email marketing, social media marketing, sms marketing, or even event marketing (less likely, maybe, for an autobody repair shop but you never know). You can build your email list as your "main engine" to keep front of mind and top of mind with folks, especially since social media can be powerful but fickle and having your own core marketing list gives you control and visibility.
