Never even got off the ground on this call... I was trying to glean from the rep what information she already got from the info I'd already provided your automated system (that made wrong presumptions from my answers) She kept interrupting me, correcting me, and would not let me get a sentence out. I finally said, I will call back, I am not here to argue with you... then I hung up.
