Changing the image on an email social post share

The new social post from email feature is not working correctly for me. When I change the picture to a more usable picture, the information for the email is lost even though the URL is still listed. I want the user to be able to click the picture and see the email, not a copy of the picture and then having to click on another link. See example of the two variations of the post I just tried to make. One without changing the picture and one where the picture was changed. How do I fix this?constant contact email.jpeg

Hello @JohnE38 ,

this is actually how Facebook functions. Posts to Facebook will function like posts made directly in Facebook, based on their API restrictions. So adding images will be like uploading an image directly to Facebook, and featuring that in a post. Including a link and no image will trigger Facebook's systems to generate an image automatically, based on images found in the link / the webpage's info.

If you have further questions on post and linking functionality, I'd advise reaching out to Facebook's support.
