I have added a legitimate email to the contact list.

He is not receiving any emails through our platform.

Any idea why this is not working? He is only person this has happened.

Is the contact showing up in your bounce report / showing as bounced in their engagement history? Have they checked their spam/junk folders? Do they have your email and/or our domains safelisted in their email and security (if applicable) programs?


Otherwise, feel free to call in or reply directly to the @ mention email you receive from this response with the contact's email address and the name of the last campaign they were supposed to receive.
