About a month ago I asked "Help" to delete all contacts that have never opened before.

She made a tag. I don't know what in the heck to do with this??? It is a matter of +400

which would put me in a higher price bracket. How can I delete these contacts that do

not respond???

I can not seem to get any advice from management??

Hi NellV!

Thank you for reaching out to the Community with your question. The best way to find contact who have not been engaging is to use Segments. 

1. Click Contacts.
2. Click the Segments tab.
3. Click Create Segment.
4. Give your segment a name so that you'll recognize it in your account later.
5. Click  Choose a criteria block>Contact activity 
6. Click Select Activity> Did not open> Any email> in the last> Select your time range (between 7 days and 2 years)
7. Click Save and Preview (bottom right of the screen) It may take a few minutes for the Segment to be created
8. Once you see the list of people who match the criteria you selected click the 3 dots (...) at the top right
9. Click Add to List (I usually name the list the same as the segment)
10. Click on your Contacts tab again to get back to the main contacts page
11. Click Lists
12. Click the name of the list you created 
13. Check the top box to select all
14. Click Actions> Delete

I personally like to sort the list by Date Added and remove anyone who was added in the last month or so before I delete the entire list.
