Domain Authentication error

I have tried everything to get the domain authentication to work. Along with all the suggestions prior in this community, reddit and youtube. When I use CC domain server to send emails they go straight into promotions or anything other then the inbox. If this can't be resolved I see no advantage to using Constant Contact
