Download and Print different than digital copy

Hi there, When I go to download my email as a PDF/JPEG/PNG, the font types are completely different than what I used to create the email campaign in the first place. Why is this?

Taking a look at your latest email where this seems to be most notable, I spoke with the higher level technical team for some additional troubleshooting. There's some elements of a defect we've seen pop up very sporadically and rarely, that may be tied to pasting in text without cleared formatting. However, that normally only affects spacing and text alignment, not font type or formatting such as boldness. They're going to investigate further, and should be following up via email with an update within the next 1-2 business days.
