Email series

I have spent hours setting up an automated email series to then be told I needed to upgrade, I did so and now it still keeps saying I need to upgrade! I have logged out and logged back in, checked my account status and nothing. And no customer service till Monday, when the campaign is due to start!! Help!!!

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I took a look at your account and before you can use your automated emails you will have to wait 30 days after opening your account. I do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. This is something that all international customers are experiencing and I will submit your feedback on this over to our engineers. Thank you!

I joined Constant Contact since Sept 18th, and today on Sept 22nd I buy Email Plus plan for $40 but I cannot activate my Welcome email and automation series.

 

Why? Already paid but cannot use the paid features?

Hello @user1565094 ,

 

As an anti-spam and Compliance measure, some international accounts cannot create or publish automation-type emails within the first 30 days of their account being open. If you're wanting automation unlocked sooner, my recommendation would be to call in and request automation be unlocked for you. If you're unable to call in we can also go through the processes of getting your account approved for early automation release.

 

Otherwise, you can also wait till the end of the 30 day waiting period, and then activate your automation series.
