Hello @DianeB716 ,
Have you tried zooming out of your browser yo view the list? I'm afraid I'm not seeing anything you're describing when looking at your account's reporting pages. Too zoom out to normal view, use CTRL 0 for PCs or CMD 0 for Macs. To zoom out by intervals, use CTRL - or CMD - .
For example, on your latest email I can clearly see the links, dates, who clicked and their email address at 100% (default) browser zoom.
You are not looking at the correct page. The problem is on the Reporting page that opens up when I click on a specific email from the Campaigns page of our account. With regard to zooming, I already tried that. Zooming in or out only changes the size of the reporting page; it does nothing to the size of the Click-Through Distributions chart on the page - that chart continues to be only partially visible on the page. You can see items on the left side of the chart (link urls) or the right side (clicks per link), but not at the same time; in other words, the chart is displaying on the reporting page at such a large size it cannot be viewed in totality on the reporting page; you have to use a slide bar at the bottom of the chart to move back and forth between the left half and right half of the chart. This is an issue that developed in the last several weeks. Again, zooming in or out only changes the overall size of the reporting page itself, not the formatting of individual elements on the page. Also, I am using the same browser (Google Chrome, required by our office) I was using all of these past months when the Click-Through chart was visible in its totality on the reporting page.
Hello @DianeB716,
Can you please reply with a screenshot so we can have a better look? Thanks!
Attached below are three images of the Reporting screen that opens up whenever I click on one of our emails listed on the Campaigns page of our Constant Contact site. Note: for these images I needed to reduce the zoom ratio considerably in order to capture partial and full images of the Click Through chart on the reporting page.
Image: RptPageView1 shows the upper 3/4 of the Reporting page, with the Click Through Distribution Chart in the bottom portion of this view. Looking at the chart you will see that only the left half of the chart is visible, displaying link urls.
Image: RptPageView2 shows the entire Click Through Distribution Chart including the slide bar at the very bottom of the chart. In this view the slide bar is on the left which is why only link urls are visible in the chart.
Image: RptPageView3 shows the slide bar to the right which now displays the click totals for each link url, however this means that the left side of the chart is no longer visible.
Up until the last several weeks, whenever I opened the Reporting page the entire Click Through Distribution Chart was visible on the page all at the same time. There was no need for a cumbersome slide bar operation. It made this Reporting page a very nice way to quickly and cleanly see all the links within a particular email along with the current number of clicks for each link. Now with the over-large size of the chart on this Reporting page, it has become an inefficient, frustrating, non-user-friendly experience to try to use that Click Through Chart. Please return the chart to the size it was before so it can be fully displayed on the page without having to go through a back and forth game with the slide bar. Thank you.RptPageView1

Hello @DianeB716,
According to your screenshot, it looks like you will need to zoom out on your screen in your browser so you don't have to scroll back and forth to see this reporting.
As I explained in previous emails, the zoom out/in function Does.Not.Work. The zoom function only enlarges or reduces the size of the Reporting page itself, it Does Not alter the size of any one individual element built into the formatting of the Reporting page. The Click Through Distribution Chart is one of those elements. Zoom function does not change the size of the Chart, does not make it visible in its entirety. The zoom function is NOT an answer to this problem. At this point it is clear to me that Constant Contact has no intention or interest in changing the formatting of the Click Through Chart on the Reporting page so that the entire chart is visible all at once. It is also clear the only solution that anyone in this forum can come up with is the zoom function. Respectfully that is not a solution and if that is all anyone can come up with then let's just call it a day. This forum has not helped. I will no longer check in or respond. Thanks.
