How can the Shar this Email button works?

Hi Everyone,

I need a solution to make this button works: "Share This Email"

When we did the testing and clicked this button, it will route to this page: (see image below)

It says, "Authorization required".

Please help!

Hello @MichaelM0 ,

During test sends the Share buttons won't work in emails, as they only trigger on live sends. Their purpose is to utilize the permanent URL of the email as a means of sharing it on whatever platform. For the social platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) it requires a person to be logged into their account on the platform. For email it will open a new email window in their email program / site / app.
