How to get New BLOCKS?

How to get New BLOCKS?

So for my own company I have a ton of "blocks" to choose from when designing my emails. Over 20 including blocks like Header, full image, heading, subheading, content, content with image, content divider, section divider, and many more. I am helping at another company and I went to do their emails and they have the same number of contacts and pricing. However, they only have 14 BLOCKS. many of which are not ones I often use. Is there a way to add blocks? I am not talking about adding them to create an email. I know how to do that. But I don;t even have the option to add "content with image" block to their emails. Is there a way to do this? or is it something based on their initial template? I would assume all options were standard across the board. But maybe not?

Hi @BlankCanvas

Thank you for reaching out about your email! I have taken a look at your account and can see you are working in our older legacy newsletter through copying previous campaigns. While the second company you're helping with is using our updated Third-Generation Email Newsletters.  I apologize we are not offering accounts access to this older editor. Although you do not see all of the individual blocks in these new Email Newsletter Campaigns, the same blocks remain - they've just been condensed. Not only this, but your most recent campaign can easily be recreated in our Third-Generation Editor. Here's some articles we have to help you be come more comfortable with switching to our Third-Generation Editor, or even to help with recreating your email using the Third-Generation Editor.
