I can't import my file

I can't import my csv file as some of my clients email is a "do not contact". There is no way for me to just delete the do not contacts or the blank lines when most have emails.

Hello @JenniferD8854 ,

 

If you have access to Excel, Numbers, Google Spreadsheets or a similar program that can open and edit your CSV file, you can easily clear out unnecessary rows of info. 

 

For more info on formatting contact files prior to upload


If you need further assistance, we'd recommend calling in so our support agents can confirm security permissions, collect the file, edit it as desired live with you, and upload on your behalf.
