Import a list of contacts from a file or spreadsheet

Hello,

We are trying to upload a list of names and emails. People who have registered for a reading program. This will be a confirmation email that we received the registration for their child. We need an email to go out for each registration and many times the parents used the same email for each person in the family that they registered. How can I make the list upload so that each person will receive a registration confirmation at that same email. When I upload right now it is removing names that share the same email address.

Thank you!

Hello @FirstNameL11982,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I do apologize, but we can only upload an email address with one name attached. A workaround would be to create a custom field for the email address that includes an option for a different name so you can insert that field to automatically populate when you send the newsletter. Thanks!
