Its been 3 days and I still can't send my first email

I am getting the same error message, "You need to provide additional information. Please correct the errors below and try again" NO ONE has been able to help me. Its been 24 hours since chat support told me they were going to forward my complain. **bleep**

Based on how recent the issue is, the devs are still investigating and collecting info. If and when they have an update regarding the issue with activating your Welcome Email automations, they'll notify you directly.


In the meantime, a workaround would be to utilize an automation series with a single step, and set it for the same triggers as your Welcome email. Another would be to send out a regular email, and use alternative resend methods like Quicksend periodically.
