Hi,
We have a good amount of contacts that were sent emails but did not open within the last year that we want to make inactive so that way we can drop to the next lower pay tier.
We are unsure if we just want to delete them or not so we thought making them inactive was the best way to start.

The good news is you can locate these contacts in your account! Users can create a segment of contacts who have not opened any email in the last year. You then have the option of exporting a copy of this segment before adding them to a list and deleting them form your account. We also see users email their segment to determine if they want to continue receiving your emails.
