It looks like you also reached out in Twitter, but for visibility we wanted to post the solution here as well.
What our T2 team needed to do was clear their browser cache and cookies within the browser, then start a brand new campaign. This should refresh the issue in the footer, reverting it to the normal without artifact. Typically, the artifact is caused by a caching issue which then saves into the servers, so starting a brand new campaign typically works.
This is something you should also be able to do on your end if it should occur again, though we would also appreciate you letting us know if this issue does. That way we can investigate further to see what might be forcing a reversion of a previous fix.
