Support chat not working. SMS authentication not working. 40 minute wait on the phone.

Does ANYONE know what is going on with support? The chat doesn't work - when you select the window to chat, it opens up the customer service page. I tried to login with another browser to chat, but it is making me confirm my login with an SMS authentication. I have been waiting over 40 minutes and haven't received the text. All this to talk to customer service about something else completely unrelated. I am now waiting on hold - it has been about 40 minutes. Is there anyone from support available?

Our CRM and other internal teams are looking into the Chat support issue at the moment. If you have a general support question, you're welcome to ask it here in the Community, via phone support, or via our social media DMs if you prefer.

 

Regarding the SMS authentication, did you click the Send Code button, and select the retry if it was offered? Are you able to receive other text authentications for other programs?
