Unable to Create New Campaign or Copy Old One


Unable to Create New Campaign or Copy Old One

We have been unable to do this for several days now. Past campaigns can't be "clicked-on" to copy or even view the details.


And new campaigns can't be created either. I get this message . . .

For further troubleshooting, could you please answer the following questions:

  • What browser are you using?
  • Does trying another browser or Incognito/Private Mode allow you through?
  • Are you using a home or work network? Does switching to a different network alleviate the issue?
  • Does this same error occur when trying to Create from the home screen (click the logo in the top-left corner)?
  • Does performing any other basic connectivity troubleshooting, such as cache clearing or extension disabling, alleviate the issue?
