how to set "decline" option for event registration?

I have drafted my first Event, which includes an invitation to an annual meeting and a registration form. I want to include an option to decline the invitation on the registration form. I included a custom field "Decline", but that does not show up on reports. I know there's a way to do this, but do not see directions. Please help!

Hello @PsaCarolinas ,

 

The decline option is available for the event invitation emails, and is used within the event to avoid sending further non-responder-only emails to such contacts. If you're not seeing it in an invitation you're building / copied over, you may need to drag over a fresh, new Invitation block to your invite email. For full instructions and visual references on designing your event-related invitation emails, I'd advise going through this article.

 

Otherwise, there isn't a decline button that can be added to event landing pages. For more info, voting, and voicing of use cases, please see this Feedback thread.
