password protected error

Suddenly over the past few weeks I receive the password protected error trying to upload a document that does not have a password. After a few tries the document is finally accepted. Could this be fixed?

Hello @KendraM185 ,

 

Is this issue occurring when importing the document directly to the Library, using the Import PDF for creating an email, or when trying to import and add while working in the email editor?
