I created an account, really liked the system, and was likely going to purchase it after my free trial - pending a few functions I had yet to look into. THEN, I get a call from somebody named Brandon with Constant Contact, who tells me I Can't use the site unless I have a phone conversation with him about the product. I told Brandon that I was busy, and I'll pass, I can handle it myself. brandon then tells me that no, I have to schedule a call with him at another time when I am no longer busy, or I can't use the site. I told Brandon that I won't use the site then. I understand that you hire people to contact potential subscribers to convert them from a free trial to subscriber.. But Brandon is ignorant, and not the guy to be doing this. Please tell Brandon to never contact me again. Unreal experience. Worst cold call I have EVER experienced.

It is very frustrating that there is no option to "Edit Contact" from the Contacts section, search results page.

The weekly activity report looks different this week. It is less user friendly on our end. We update our in house record from these reports. I would prefer they come to us in the previous format.

Hi - Our weekly newsletter sometimes contains long links. It would be so much easier to evaluate our data if you'd turn the line on the link. Or make it a table with moveable cells, or offer a downloadable CSV table.

Hi, Simple suggestion I would greatly appreciate. It may work out great for both of us. I'm looking for a confirmation status or confirmation email. So, similar to reservations at a restaurant, stylist, or doctor's office, I'd like to be able to send out an automated email that asks for confirmation of an attendee. It would be wonderful if the system auto-updates with the confirmed status. Otherwise, I can update it as the emails come in. Generally feel like I get cancellations the closer we get to our events. If I had an option for confirmations, it's another email sent for you guys and tracking for us. Thanks.

It would be very helpful if the store was able to have a logo at the top of the page instead of the text that is in the maker itself.

It'd be nice if I could send a scheduled email to a folder right after scheduling, not having to go to Campaings to find it and then archive it.

I was hoping my first use of the survey tool would be an annual contact info update. I wanted to include the employer, phone, etc. in the questions and ask them to verify or update. I can work around this by including the contact info in the email and having them ping back and forth, but it's not ideal.

I found the previous calculation of click rate (based off of opened emails) far more useful than its current calculation (based off of total contacts). I'm sure you had your reasons for making the switch, but perhaps we could at least have a toggle option that remembers preferences? Then we have the best of both worlds! ð ¥³

Why can't I edit the email shown until after I upgrade to the new system? I would like the opportunity to edit what I have at my pace between now and 3/18/22 without having it activated...and it's already activated and looks terrible....It says you can edit the email 'at any time,' but not really, because you have to upgrade before you can do so. And I don't want anything that looks like the current version going to my email list members. Makes no sense.

It would be lovely if the contacts lists would tell us when the last time the person opened/interacted with an email we sent out.

Please consider an option for those of us that want to use the survey function to get customer feedback for a product that is used frequently. Currrently, we cannot survey customers more than once unless we individually selected them thru Quicksend or change the survey slightly. We need an option that will allow us to do this daily and simply. We need to re-send the same customer survey to repeat customers.

Of what benefit is it to Constant Contact to make the survey tool so limited that your customers cannot create a professional survey? Is this saving you money somehow? I've been pretty impressed over the years with constant contact but I am shocked at the low quality of this new tool. I am now thinking of changing my subscription and migrating to another platform.

I'm new to Constant Contact, so hopefully I'm just missing something, but it seems that my choices for making landing pages are very limited. I'm coming over from FloDesk and ConvertKit, both of which I found limiting in their ways, both both had many options for customizing my landing pages and I can't seem to come close to duplicating my pages that I had there. It's so frustrating! I see so many options in my emails, and I expect to see all of those things in my landing pages and optin forms and such. It just seems like you would have that. I can't even change out the picture/GIF on the thank you page of my landing page? Grrr. Why not?
