As we are an inbound call center I would recommend the fastest way to receive help would be to call in. But, if you are unable to do so you can also email us at social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com or reply back with more specifics about what is happening. Are you receiving an error message? Is the page being left open without activity for extended periods of time? I have found that when manually entering contacts doing around 15 contacts, then uploading, can help the page to not time out as browsers do need to constantly update. I would recommend trying that to see if that helps.
