Account Locked Out

I have an online bible study that goes out to over 5000 subscribers each Monday morning. I tried to get in my account and for some reason the user name and/or password are not working. After several failed attempts to get into my account, I got the error message saying I was locked out. I really need some help asap!

I am so sorry to hear you were having problems getting into your account. It does not look like the account is locked from our end. For account security, we would not be able to assist you with accessing your account here in the Community but our support department we would be more than willing to help you walk through the log in process.
