I was automatically billed but I do not wish to renew. Please put me to free account asap and refund

I apologize for any confusion these charges on your account may have caused. Constant Contact is however a monthly service that auto-renews prepayments. With that being said, I can understand how important it is to be aware of the charges on your account. However for your account security we are unable to go into your billing details here in the community. If you have any further questions please call into our Billing Support. One of these billing agents can help answer any questions you may have on these charges
