We have a survey live at the moment, it is getting lots of responses but a number of customers are getting a message saying that 'they have already completed the survey' and cant respond. I have selected the option that does not limit multiple responses from the same computer,.
Thank you for reaching out to us with this issue. If you have marked the option that does not limit responses from the same computer, this should allow for multiple people to take the survey anonymously .
If they are taking the survey from the email sent directly from an email list, this will track who is responding by email and the second email address may be blocked from the same computer, because it is not anonymous.
You can have the second person take the survey anonymously and this should allow them to complete it.
If the issues persists, please call support and we can look deeper into the issue with you.
