Ability to Export Engagement History, more analytics for reporting exports

I am trying to pull contact open rates out of CC so I can enter them as a formula in rating donor prospects with other data that is not just segmenting them on Open Rates. A chat support person said there is not a way to generate a list/report that includes a column with the Avg Open Rate. That seems like it would be basic since it is a field for viewing in the engagement section of contact info. Is it truly not possible and if not, why?

We're updating the status of this idea to more accurately reflect its current status with our engineering team, and also made slight changes to the subject line in order for it to be more easily found. We can't guarantee a commitment to deliver on this feature request, but it should indicate some awareness that we have heard your feedback and could be taken under consideration for a future release.

For other users visiting this thread, this is specifically requesting the addition of a column in exports that includes the individual contacts' engagement metrics (see reference below). If you're wanting to see the development of this metrics being included as an option for reporting exports, please give the original post a kudos (thumbs up), and voice a detailed use case for the development of this feature. Please remember to keep our Community Guidelines in mind when posting. Thank you!

Hello @DavidQ134 ,

There isn't a space in the CSV dedicated to that singular number. You'd just copy that number and paste it wherever desired, such as in a formula you customized outside of our system.

Are you asking for individual contacts' average open rates to also be a metric we provide in exported reports as well? Or are you asking for some other metric to be included in these exported drilldowns? Or are you just expecting your account's opens average to be included among the other open report exports' fields?

Thanks for responding! My hope would be that contacts' average open rate would become a metric that could be provided in exported reports. Having to go in and copy/paste that number from each contact record isn't an efficient way to work.

Where in the exported report would you want that singular number included among the other data?

Maybe I don't understand the question? But just as a column in a standard csv or excel file.

I agree with the original poster. It would be more convenient to see these metrics in a list view next to each contacts information. I would use it to simplify scrubbing my lists of non-engaged customers after a certain number of interactions with no engagement. If the engagement rate is below average, I can just filter by those and investigate further.
