Access to individual names in contact lists

I can no longer access individual names from one of my contact folders. The program now refers me to a smartphone app. Take me back to the old approach or otherwise I will have to drop the program.

What are the steps you're taking to view individual contacts in your account? Are you trying to view them on a desktop or the browser on your mobile device?
