We would like the ability to build a multi-channel campaign ourselves where we can schedule emails and texts without AI doing it for us. There are certain events, like meetings, it would be helpful to send an email and a text so everyone receives the information. If these could be organized in one place and done on one page it would be much more effective for us.
At this time, building SMS reminders in email campaigns isn't on our road map. If there's a change to the idea's status with the devs, or an increase in requests for its development, we'll update this thread accordingly.
In the meantime, if you're wishing to remind SMS contacts of an email sendout, the SMS campaign can be created separately, and include a link to the email's permanent, shareable URL if it's already been scheduled/sent.
