Adding Library Items to Folders

In sorting many files in my library into folders, every time I select some for addition to a folder, when I scroll to the top to click "Add to Folder." when done it takes back to the beginning of the library. Then I have to click through SEE MORE until I reach the place in the list where I left off. I should be redesigned so that the action line at the top remains visible anywhere in the list, like "freeze frame" in excel.

Hello. With the changes being made to our Feedback flow, we are changing this status to Not Currently Planned. At this time, we do not have plans to introduce this kind of functionality into the Library. If we hear anything in the future regarding this feature request, we will update the thread.
