'An updated Contacts experience' popup still shows after clicking don't show again

Can't get rid of the popup about the new contact experience. Have checked the "Do not show" checkbox multiple times. Still comes back.

Hi @DY_Realty. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We're marking the idea as "voting open" so it can be tracked more accurately on our end but we'll update the thread if there is a change to this screen.

This popup keeps showing up even after I've checked "Don't show this message again" multiple times.
