When in the "click" why can't we go to client profile directly? Instead we get a pop up of the client information. This isn't efficient for entering notes. You have to go to contacts and look up the client and then enter notes. It is very time consuming. It was better when you can click on the clicked client and leads straight to profile and to notes.

Hi @armana1. To confirm, are you speaking about the Contact Details overlay that is accessed through the reporting? If so, you can click the Edit Contact button that will bring you directly to the contact profile so you can enter notes.
