Customer support was fantastic today

I had occasion to call in today for customer support. It is not often I am impressed with customer service these days for most any business but I need to let you know Mrs. Heidi Bailey, who assisted me on the phone today, was AMAZING! Fantastic customer service. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you and nice job Heidi!!
