Customers would like to be able to format the subject line of a ema

It would be great to be able to use italics or bold in the email subject line.

At this time, formatting subject lines isn't on our road map, since the industry standard is to strip formatting elements from email headers, or spam them out. If there's a change to the idea's status with the devs, or an increase in requests for its development, we'll update this thread accordingly.
