I have been a user of Constant Contact for several years. I manage several different Constant Contact accounts for 4 different clients. Unfortunately, Constant Contact has no administrator front end which allows you to manage multiple client accounts from the same email login. To navigate around this I have had to make alias emails to be able to access these different client accounts. In the process of making my most recent alias account for a new client, I verified my email but instead of being redirected to a page where I can create a unique login for my client's account I was directed to creating an account. I created an account with the alias email that has already been verified by my client for her account but it's not connected to her account. As of today, there is no way to delete this accidental account either on the consumer end or on constant contacts end until the 30-day trial period is up. The quick fix around this is to swap out the account email with a different email you might have. I would also love to see a constant contact manager account for people like me who manage multiple account and would love not to have 14 different alias emails to access each individual accounts.
