Why cant I edit the email that goes out after this?

At this time users are not able to edit sent email campaigns unless the campaign is copied in their account for the copied version to be updated and resent. What exactly are you looking to edit in a sent campaign? Any specifics you can share is helpful information for us to track on your behalf.
