[Events 2.0] SMS Event Reminders for Registrants, SMS opt-in on Registration Form

Add SMS as an option for Event Reminders.  

When setting up an event reminder allow for SMS messages to be sent when participant gives a phone number.  Allow for participant to reply "Y" to confirm attendance to event.

We're updating the status of this idea to more accurately reflect its current status with our engineering team, and also made slight changes to the subject line in order for it to be more easily found. We can't guarantee a commitment to deliver on this feature request, but it should indicate some awareness that we have heard your feedback and could be taken under consideration for a future release.

I'm looking for a way to remind ONLY those who have been invited that have not yet RSVP'ed

Right now, we can only send SMS marketing to contact lists, it would be helpful to be able to send to event guests per event as well
