Filter Contacts

0 Votes

When looking at my contacts, it would be useful to be able to filter them by different actions they have or have not taken. For example, filtering for only leads who have:

  • Opened at least 3 emails in the last 30 days
  • Completed a feedback survey with positive feedback
  • Opened 3 emails in a row

This would allow me to focus my efforts in other channels (i.e. phone call prospecting) on my most engaged leads. It would also be helpful if you could tag the filtered leads, and if that could trigger a Zapier automation so I could add a corresponding tag to these leads in my CRM.

For reference, my real estate CRM does a fantastic job at this and has a robust set of filters you can use to sort through and then tag your database, which has proven to be incredibly powerful for our business.

Hello @AlexOwens ,

If you're wishing to further filter and distill contacts, I'd advise using the existing segmentation fucntions., as well as the existing tagging functions - i.e. from you tagging a contact as a "positive survey" or "negative survey" If you're wishing for additional segment criteria to be developed, you're welcome to suggest some in this Produt Idea thread.
