Form inconsistencies

Please use Contact or Primary Contact but not both.

 You use the terms Contact, Contact Information and Primary Contact -  Please be consistent and use one.   Using multiples is is confusing.

Also, PLEASE get rid of all the digital payment logos.  We use Paypal only and the Venmo and other logos are VERY misleading and simply clutter up the graphic user interface.  It is really unprofessional for us to show these options but not offer the options.  We cannot offer these alternatives to Paypal for many reasons.  Please don't make us use the logos

for business options we can't offer.

For different bits of feedback, I'd advise splitting them into separate posts. For example, if you have ideas regarding payment option visuals and terminology consistency, I'd advise making a separate post for each.
