Importing files larger then 5mb

Please up your maximum file size for attachments (documents & photos). Currently you cannot upload a file larger than 5MB to attach to an email which is extremely inconvenient when you have well-designed trainings with multiple screenshots. Even after compressing my 13 page training it was 5.7MB, still too large. A simple Gmail account allows you to upload attachments that are up to 25MB, so only allowing for 5MB is very low. It's even more frustrating because our company is only using 9% of it's total available space, so there's plenty of room available for a couple larger attachments.

We acknowledge that this particular feedback has been requested for quite a while. The current file size requirements can be quite limiting for some. We currently have some tickets open within our product and engineering teams to look at increasing file upload sizes. With further research, in our current state, if there was an allowance for a larger file size for any type of file in the library (documents and images), the images would resize to 1200px width and suppress image quality.

At this time, there are no further updates in terms of expected timelines. We'll keep you posted.

I am wasting major time since your new list management system will not upload a file I downloaded from your system. I pared back the list size but still had major difficulties. I have had to call your CustServ reps multiple times and was told the new system can only upload a single sheet XLS file which creates BIG issues for me as I sort by client type and state and cannot upload with mini-files. It should be like before and your system reads first tab only!!!! Please fix these bugs ASAP...call if need further explaination...R.Schoper 770-740-9979

Previous version was much more user-friendly, easier, faster, etc. I'd prefer you allow me to upload a file larger than 1 MG - like we used to be able to do. Forcing your customers to segment their lists isn't always a good option for every organization. Our database has about 16,000+ people with emails. forcing me to separate our Excel file into tiny parts is time-consuming and not helpful, since they will all go into one Contact List. In addition the uploading of the new emails is super slow - - about 10 times slower than the previous way we uploaded from a fie. BRING BACK THE OLD WAY FOR FILE UPLOADS!!!!!!!!

I have to take my contact list file, create duplicates so that I can delete 1/2 of each file so that I can upload my list. new, inconvenient, troublesome.

When you changed your contact management format, a simple spreadsheet that I use to upload has had to be broken into 5 separate spreadsheets in order to get the contacts uploaded. This not only an inconvenience, but it is a terrible time waster! Not at all satisfied with the new format!
I never had any problems with the number of records I would from our member list. Today I have had to split the member list into member levels in order to upload these lists. What has changed? There is a possibility that I will miss a member category doing the list like this. Thank you . .
