Can Constant Contact work on some advanced tools for mobile device presentation. The current mobile device presentation is very basic and causes clients to not view on a mobile device. over 60% of our views come from mobile devices and the current mobile device view is very underwhelming. Thanks

I had posted on here that would lie to see the mobile device look updated. Someone answered me and I can't find her email. She asked what I would like to see. I would lie to see the logo smaller and also a drop down section where you could go directly to the section specified.  An example is look at our website on a mobile device and see what it looks like.  You can see the look and how easy it is to navigate. The website is ultimateall-inclusivetravel.com  Another question is are there any plans to allow any more video formats than Youtube formats? I have a lot of promotion videos I would like to use but there are not in YouTube format.  Thank You

I'm not entirely sure I'm understanding what you're trying to address. Is this feedback in regards to:

• how our mobile app looks on your mobile device?
• how emails automatically rearrange to appear in mobile apps versus on desktops?
• how your own website appears on mobile devices?

If your feedback is regarding how emails appear in mobile, then I'd advise checking out our advice article on optimizing emails for mobile view, which denotes working with logo and other image sizing. Mobile email apps always try to display images as large as they can, based on the image's metadata size, so it's important to make sure you're either importing them with an expected size, or using the image editor to reduce the size and save it as a new image with that smaller metadata.

If your feedback is in regards to your website's appearance, then I'd advise sending your feedback to your webmaster or the support of your site builder.
