New security system

I hate your new system. We've never had an issue with security and you have provided us with no way to opt out. It's an extreme inconvenience to us. I've just spent over a half hour on the phone with CC in an attempt to set up an employee as a user in Paris. She got your link and got the message that the email is no longer valid! Even though it says it won't expire for 5 days!! Very frustrating. I'm this close to cancelling with you.

We apologize for the experience you had with the multi-factor authentication on your account. We can however see you were able to speak with our support about this as well. Are you still in need of assistance with setting up your user?
