Offer "Contact Us" Forms

Offer simple "Contact Us" forms that also have a "subscribe to our newsletter" checkbox that automatically subscribes the person to our email list -- and then sends the form details to us via email. That would be SO helpful!

I see that you are looking for a contact us form. How would this feature work for users? For this feature would the reader click on a link and it would automatically populate an email to you? I would love to hear more about what you had in mind for this feature.
