We are a constant contact partner with many customer accounts. As part of our reseller arrangement, we provide our customers with pre-built content in the constant contact account. This includes both emails and social media posts.
We can easily replicate the emails to across all our client accounts using the built-in copy functionality. However that same feature does not exist for social media accounts. Today, we pay a worker to manually and painstakingly duplicate our ~100 social media posts for each new customer we sign up. It's painful.
Any relief here would be greatly appreciated and I'm sure other agencies would feel the same.
