Questionnaire

I would like to send a questionnaire that I am able to what the responses are for those that completed the questionnaire.  For Example if Suzie filled out the questionnaire I can see what she responded to all of the questions and it would be helpful to see compared to others how did her answers compare.  It would be great if all of the respondents and their answers could be downloaded into an excel document with the names on the left the number of questions across the top.  Each cell would have the response A,B,C or D for example.

I want to know who answered each question and what the answers are almost like a test.  Unless I am using the survey function incorrectly, I can see 50% of people answered B for a question 1 but I can see who those people are.  I need to be able to identify all of the answers each person responds.

If you want to see who answered what, you'd either want to send the surveys to your contacts via email, so it captures their contact info alongside the answers. Or, you'd set a required open answer question asking for the respondent to put in their contact info - name, email, or whatever you want to use for identifying them.

Afterward, you can easily transfer the findings from the survey and examine them using any spreadsheet software of your choice.

Is there something beyond the existing functionalities to ask for identifying info, or using the contact capture from sending the survey in an email, that you're looking for?
