Schema for billing and features

Your features and upgrade stuff seems a little mysterious. For example, inaccessible settings don't seem consistent through the interface. It would be better to keep everything active and do upgrades based on volume and add-ons like Google and Facebook advertising.

Hi @AaronL2978. I apologize if there's been confusion in how you are charged for your account. You can review the Pricing page to see the differences in plans and what's included. I wanted to note that billing for social advertising is not processed through Constant Contact so that is why they are a separate feature to purchase in your account.

 

If we were to charge for these add-ons, how would you expect to be charged for these? Would social advertising tools like Facebook and Google ads be part of their own offered package, similar to Email and Email Plus?
