See Contact Responses When Link Is Shared in Email Campaign

0 Votes

Hi - I would like suggest the following changes to the Survey Campaigns.

1. Ability to delete responses.

2. Ability to block "anonymous" responses, so only ones connected to emails can respond.

3. Ability to run a PDF report of responses - that includes who the responses came from. (right now only the detailed CVS report includes who responded).

Thanks!

Agreed! I hate the new survey tool! There's no easy way to embed the survey link in an email to registered event participants, or another email. You can provide a link, but then you cannot follow up on the non-responders because it's anonymous. We should have the choice between anonymous or not depending on our needs.

Having to rebuild all the legacy surveys from scratch was tedious and annoying.

The old survey tool had some starter templates at least, this one doesn't which makes rebuilding everything even more irritating.

Hi @Evenskykatz

Thanks for sharing this feedback with us. The good news is having the option of more files types for exporting results and deleting survey responses are both feature requests we are collecting feedback on. In fact we recommend sharing your need for these features directly on their threads.

As for your anonymous responses, we can't guarantee a commitment to deliver on this feature request but we do want to indicate some awareness that we have heard your feedback and could be taken under consideration for a future release.
