I laid out and SAVED my recent Newsletter exactly the way I wanted it, and after I hit "SEND", it changed the format. I also had a very difficult time changing/replacing photos. It took freaking forever to work. Constant Contact used to be a great tool, not so much anymore.

What changes did you see happen after pressing send? What steps are you taking to change or replace photos? What about this process are you finding to be difficult?
